To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with the tag intact and should be in the same condition as you received it. 

How to return the product?

To return the product, mail us at about returning the product. Provide the images of the product with the tag intact. Further, explain the reason for returning. 

Conditions for the refund/return are as follows:

  • The wrong product was sent to you.
  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • If there is some defect in the product.

5-7 working days are taken to process the refund and to credit the amount to the customer’s bank account after the product has been returned.
